I love this quote and it is so appropriate for this current time “The greatest mistake you can make in life is to be continually fearing you will make one” Elbert Hubbard.

This is so true.  When there is stumble in the road and in your journey through life – a barrier, a stile or pathway and we do not know which direction to follow.  When your mind is like a butterfly and jumps from one thing to another without making decisions.  In that moment the essence of the problem is lost, and you could lose the opportunity of a lifetime.

Often, we internalise our decision making, and it can be totally draining with the pros and cons going round and round in our minds.  This is common and these thoughts are very often something that we do in our minds and in silence and this is not good for us.  We are internalising the process and in turn building up stress in our bodies and you will know from my previous posts how bad this is for you and how much better our bodies are without stress.  We can be very prone to becoming the internal combustion engines – this is not a good idea!

We know it in ourselves, but it is also quite easy to recognise in others – namely peoples moods will be very erratic and will go from one extreme to another for no reason.  This changeable and erratic mood can make them unreliable and they can waste time.

You will all have heard the phrase “he who hesitates is lost!” and this is so true – well, the remedy Scleranthus is thankfully here to help all who have this problem.  To enable you to regain your sense of purpose and create an air of decisiveness in your actions.  With some of this remedy you will soon realise your path and feel much more balanced and centred in your actions.

This is the remedy to take you from Inner conflict to Inner equilibrium!
