From “can’t” to “can” with Larch

Larch is our remedy for confidence

When you are in a situation where people won’t even try a new venture because they are already telling themselves they will fail.  They suffer from feelings or inferiority.  They are possibly thinking that they have ability but refuse to acknowledge it, because they are trying to avoid the risk of failure. Here is how the Larch remedy can help you or your friends.

The effect of lack of confidence

Confidence can be a very fragile thing, but when you repeatedly told yourself you will fail, you set yourself up to do just that by sitting on the fence instead of applying your mind to do what you would like to do.

Often it can arise from childhood inferiority complex, or a single incident or several, but you are reluctant to even put your toe in the water when a new experience arises because you automatically believe failure in inevitable.

Very often this feeling of possible failure will deter people from doing a lot of things that could possibly bring huge happiness and success.

Imposter syndrome

There is lot of talk around the words “Imposter Syndrome”, and I have some quite strong thoughts on this phrase as in itself the phrase is quite derogatory and negative.  The word imposter, to me, implies something sinister and not nice.  However, the basis is a disbelieve in ones own abilities and a lack of confidence and low self-esteem.

I feel that the label Imposter syndrome can also create an unpleasant feeling for the sufferer, yes lacking in confidence and yes low self-esteem, but lets try and use more flattering terminology.

When people are feeling low in confidence the aim is to boost their emotions and feelings not to bring them down and this phrase is one that can create more negativity than is needed

How Larch can create beauty and wonder

In the past working with the remedies the use of the Larch helped to remove the negativity, it has helped to calm the inner voice and abandon the self-limiting beliefs and the “can’t” has been changed to “can”.

The power of the remedy is that it can create a determined person who is capable and has a realistic sense of themselves, and someone who is unworried about either failure or success. They are happy with their own potential and work towards achieving it.

The results

Often these people will take the initiative and take risks and refuse to accept the word “can’t”.  Their world is totally transformed and becomes one of success and joy.  For children the Larch remedy will give them a chance to open their world, to create more opportunities for them, to bring light into their life’s and enable them to expand their horizons just by boosting their confidence levels.
