How can I lift my mood naturally, when I feel so low.

The Bach Flower remedies, even though they have been around for nearly 100 years are still not commonly known.  It has been my aim for the last 5 years to spread the word as to how they can help you work your way through the emotions of life.  Dr Bach has given us 7 remedies that can help lift your mood naturally, especially when you are feeling low

How do I know what to take – tell me a little bit about the remedies

When Dr Bach put the remedies together, he divided them into 7 specific groups and this one can specifically relate to the low mood that can affect us from time to time for no logical reason.  Very often when we feel low it is difficult for us to put directly assess where this is coming from.

Sometimes it’s obvious but other times its hidden below layers, this is where the remedies can come into their own.

I have looked at the emotional section of remedies that come under the heading of Despair and despondency and there are some remedies here that my relate to how you are feeling.

Can this feeling go?

With the remedies, my clients tell me that the emotions tend to pass, and that the effect is so subtle that the users often forget how they were feeling.  It isn’t until we discuss them more that they are reminded as to where they were!!
